We meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, the calendar is sent monthly. Space is limited and sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis. If something happens and you cannot come after signing up, please let us know so we can give someone a chance to participate.

After you book your appointment you will receive a receipt and confirmation by email. Please book the time that is best for you. If you need a time outside of our regular hours please send us message and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Some afternoon appointments are available on some Saturdays, no Sunday appointments are available at this time.
Rescheduling Policy:
Any appointment that must be rescheduled please notify us by email by the day before your appointment. Please include at least three dates and times for rescheduling so we may assist you. The first reschedule is free, the second is a $10.00 charge. After that there will be a cancellation fee of $15.00
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments. Cancelations before the day of your appointment have a $5.00 cancellation fee, any cancellation the day of your appointment have a $15.00 cancellation fee. Select date and timeEvent time zone:America/Phoenix GMT-07:00
